Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Services – RFI
St. Clair County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCCMHA) is seeking information from qualified providers interested in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within St. Clair County.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify interested and qualified providers capable of offering home-based and/or center-based ABA services to individuals eligible for services through Michigan’s public behavioral health system.
While a physical location in St. Clair County is ideal, SCCCMHA is also interested in exploring service options in surroundings counties for both home and center-based services.

Interested providers must mail RFP@SCCCMH.org in order to provide their contact information, including one email address that will be utilized for communications. Written questions concerning this RFP must be submitted to RFP@SCCCMH.org no later than November 4, 2026. Electronic proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 16, 2026, via the unique FileShare link that will be provided to the bidding organization upon notice to SCCCMH of interest/intent to bid.
Specialized Residential Services for Adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI)

Parent-to-Parent Support (PSP) is designed to support parents/family members of children with serious emotional disturbance or intellectual and developmental disabilities as part of the treatment process to be empowered, confident, and have skills that will enable them to assist their child to improve in functioning. SCCCMH intends to expand PSP Services in St. Clair County specified in the project details link below.

Provider for CLS & Respite Services
St. Clair County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking any willing and otherwise qualified provider to provide CLS and Respite services for families that have children with severe emotional disturbances. Providers would be reimbursed at the fixed rates of $6.34 per unit of service for H2015/T1005 or $4.92 per unit of service for H2015UX/T1005UX.

Psychological Testing - Adolescents
SCCCMH seeks to better understand the range of available services, program models, staffing qualifications, facilities, structures, pricing and measurable outcomes currently offered in the field. The information collected will be used solely for planning and decision-making purposes and may inform the development of future Request for Proposals (RFP) or other procurement process.
