Provider for CLS & Respite Services

St. Clair County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking any willing and otherwise qualified provider to provide CLS and Respite services for families that have children with severe emotional disturbances. Providers would be reimbursed at the fixed rates of $6.34 per unit of service for H2015/T1005 or $4.92 per unit of service for H2015UX/T1005UX.

Parent-to-Parent Support (PSP) is designed to support parents/family members of children with serious emotional disturbance or intellectual and developmental disabilities as part of the treatment process to be empowered, confident, and have skills that will enable them to assist their child to improve in functioning. School Success Program

The School Success Program (SSP) mission is to reduce barriers to a student’s consistent attendance at school. Prevention-direct service models use individual, family, and group interventions designed to reduce the incidence of behavioral, social, emotional, or cognitive dysfunction and increase a beneficiary’s behavioral functionality, resilience, and optimal mental health, thus reducing the need for the individual to seek treatment through the public mental health system. SCCCMH intends to expand the School Success Program in St. Clair County specified in the project details link below.
