Where is St. Clair County Community Mental Health located? What time are the buildings open?

St. Clair County Community Mental Health has several locations throughout St. Clair County. Our main office located in Port Huron on Electric Avenue houses our various services and program departments including administration. We also have offices located in Capac and Marine City to better serve eastern and western St. Clair County. Our children's programs are located in the Child and Family Services building on 24th Street.

Driving to Main: Port Huron
From North End Port Huron:

Take M-25 South which becomes Pine Grove Ave/I-69BL/I-94BL. Turn right onto 10th Ave. at the light this will turn into 10th Street. Take this for approximately 3 miles to Electric Ave. (there will be a light at the corner turning onto Electric Ave -Mercy Hospital will be on the corner). Continue to follow Electric Ave. to CMH (3111 Electric Ave just past 16th St.).

From I-69:

Take I-69 east all the way to Port Huron. When approaching the I-94 junction, take the I-69 business loop exit (Exit #199). The I-69 freeway will end at 24th Street and become a one-way (Oak Street). Follow Oak St. to 16th Street, which is the second light after 24th Street, and take a right. Take 16th Street to Electric Avenue. Turn right on Electric Avenue (this is a one-way street heading right only), CMH is on your immediate right.

From I-94:

Take I-94 all the way to Port Huron. Exit at the downtown exit/ I-69 business loop (Exit #271), which is the next exit after the Range Road exit. The I-69 freeway will end at 24th Street and become a one-way (Oak Street) Follow Oak St. to 16th Street, which is the second light after 24th Street, and take a right. Take 16th Street to Electric Avenue. Turn right on Electric Avenue (this is a one-way street heading right only), CMH is on your immediate right.

Driving to West: Capac
From Detroit:

Take I-94 East towards Port Huron. Merge onto I-69 West toward Flint. Take the Capac Rd. exit 176 toward Capac. Turn right onto Capac Rd (1.1 miles). Capac Rd. becomes South Main St. Turn right onto M-19 North (turns into Downey Road). 14675 Downey Road is on the right.

From Port Huron:

I-69 West toward Flint. Take the Capac Rd. exit 176 toward Capac. Turn right onto Capac Rd (1.1 miles). Capac Rd. becomes South Main St. Turn right onto M-19 North (turns into Downey Road). 14675 Downey Road is on the right.

Driving to South: Marine City - Broadway
From Detroit:

Take I-94 East to St. Clair exit, #257. Turn right onto Fred W. Moore Hwy. Travel east along Fred W. Moore Hwy for about 6 miles. Turn right onto King Road. Travel on King Road for just over 6 miles. Turn left onto Degurse Avenue. Degurse Avenue is just past Marine City Hwy. Turn right onto N. Belle River Avenue. Take the 1st left onto Broadway Street/M-29. CMH is on the right.

From Port Huron:

Take I-94 West to St. Clair exit, #257. Turn left onto Fred W. Moore Hwy. Travel east along Fred W. Moore Hwy for about 6 miles. Turn right onto King Road. Travel on King Road for just over 6 miles. Turn left onto Degurse Avenue. Degurse Avenue is just past Marine City Hwy. Turn right onto N. Belle River Avenue. Take the 1st left onto Broadway Street/M-29. CMH is on the right.

From Port Huron via River Rd:

Take M-29/Busha Highway for over 15 miles. Turn left onto Broadway Street. Broadway Street is just past Pearl Street. 135 Broadway is on the right.

Driving to Child & Family Services
From I-69:

Take I-69 east all the way to Port Huron. When approaching the I-94 junction, take the I-69 business loop exit (Exit #199). The I-69 freeway will end at 24th Street and become a one-way. Turn right onto 24th Street. Take this for about 1.5 miles. 2415 24th Street will be on the right.
