St. Clair County Community Mental Health is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at-Risk (CM at-Risk) (Construction Manager) firms to provide
preconstruction and construction management services for the development of a new Children’s Therapeutic Group Home.

This project is the kickoff development on the 3001 Electric Avenue parcel for a six-bedroom Children’s Therapeutic Group Home. If you are interested in submitting a bid to provide these services, the RFP packet is available below for download.
