St. Clair County Community Mental Health is seeking a bid proposal to provide Fiscal Intermediary (FI)/ Fiscal Management Services (FMS) to individuals who are living with Behavioral Health and/or Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and are eligible for specialty mental health services and supports.
