June 29, 2023It shall be the policy of the St. Clair County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCCMHA) to perform blood draws optimally and appropriately completed by national- or state-certified phlebotomy technicians (CPT). If only state-certified, it must be obtained in the State of Michigan.
