CMH Players

Since 2005, the CMH Players have presented 23 plays to over 28,000 Blue Water Area residents. Each play had a mental health theme that demonstrated individuals with mental health conditions are complex human beings. These theatrical productions showcase the creative talents of people who receive CMH services, allowing the general public to see individuals receiving mental health services as multi-dimensional people. This is critical in reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and developmental disability while sharing the message that recovery is possible.
