
About the Run for Recovery
St. Clair County Community Mental Health invites you to participate in our 17th Annual Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies Run for Recovery on Saturday, May 10, 2025. This theme reflects our agency's focus on the interconnected nature of the mind and body, our commitment to seeing each individual as a whole person, and supporting them on their journey towards wellness.
Race Options
- 1 Mile Timed Kids Run (ages 12 and under)
- 2 Mile Walk
- Certified 5K road race
Starting Times
- 8:30 a.m. 1 Mile Timed Kids Run
- 9:00 a.m. 2 Mile Walk & 5K Run

- All events start and end on Cleveland Avenue (west of the CMH building)

- Parking is available in the front lot of the CMH building.
Registration Information
Registering by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2025 ensures your race bag will be ready for early pick-up, and guarantees a 2025 race shirt in the selected size. Registrations can also be completed by mail or in person.

Online registration is available via our registration website.
Race Day Registration
Runners and walkers may register on the day of the event between 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Registration closes PROMPTLY at 8:30 a.m. Shirts are not guaranteed for Race Day Registration. A small number of extras will be ordered, and available on a first-come, first served basis.
Sponsorship Information
Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies Run for Recovery sponsorship opportunities available beginning at $100.00. In-kind donations of coupons, food, etc. will be recognized at the same level as cash donations. If you would like to sponsor please complete the sponsorship form and return to:
